Step1: Soak a cup full of rajma beans in full bowl water, and leave it overnight. Leave it at least for 8 to 9 hours so that the kidney beans become soft.
Step2: Next day drain the soaked water from the beans, and rinse the beans in freshwater.
Step3: Chop all the veggies which include 1 onion, 3 tomatoes, 7 to 8 numbers of ginger and garlic and 2 chilies.
Step4: In a pressure cooker cook these veggies along with the kidney beans. Add all the spices in it and pour a cup of water.
Step5: cover it tightly and pressure cooks it until 18 to 20 whistles. Your rajma is ready.
Step6: Serve it hot with rice.
