Variants of kulfi
Kulfi is available in lot of variants. Some of them add khoya to improve intensity of flavour to the kulfi. To get a softer kulfi on freezing it is important to add sugar.
- Mango kulfi: This is one of best choice of kulfi wherein condensed milk is used to cut down the time. It is recommended to add sweet mangoes to get delicious taste.
- Flavoured kulfi: these days flavoured kulfi are most of the choice, one among them is kaju katli, guava and lassi which attracts anyone to take a bite.
- Malai kulfi: most of them also love this variant of kulfi which is made up of cream and condensed milk to lessen the process time of the dessert. You can also add almonds in it as an extra flavour.
- Pista kulfi: You can make this process with the full fat milk for obtaining the original flavour and creamy texture of kulfi. You can add pista to the kulfi in the process.
- Kesar kulfi: Another flavoured kulfi is by adding saffron to it. Along with it you can also add almond, cashews, cardamom to flavoured taste.
