When this puffed rice is presented in the form of spicy bhel puri chaat, it can be the alternative of a full meal.
  • Usually, mashed boiled potatoes, chopped onions, roasted peanuts, finely sliced green chillies, tomatoes, and coriander leaves are added to puffed rice.
